While migrating inspection plans to an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system via migration object: QM- Inspection Plan, error message CV701: 'External number assignment is not possible for group XXX' occurs.

Cause
The value of field 'Group' in migration template is out of scope of inspection plan's external number range
Resolution
In a standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system, the external number range for inspection plans are:
- 50000000 ~ 59999999
- AAAAAAAA ~ ZZZZZZZZ
Please make sure the value of field 'Group' entered in migration template is in the scope of the external number range mentioned above.
