2949072 - Error "400 Session Timed Out" when checkout from punchout catalog - SAP Fiori & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

External catalog is not working in purchasing Web GUI apps like Create Purchase Requisition - Advanced app (ME51N) or Create Purchase Order - Advanced (ME21N).

When checking out items from catalog to SAP application, user receives the error message "400 Session Timed out".
