2949076 - FLB*N: field in Dynamic selections cannot be recognized by lower case letters.

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

The FBL*N report was unable to select the items correctly because it doesn't recognize lowercase letters entered in the dynamic selection.
