2949076 - FLB*N: field in Dynamic selections cannot be recognized by lower case letters.

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

The FBL*N reports do not select line items correctly when lowercase letters are entered in the Dynamic Selection criteria.

The selection logic does not recognize lowercase input values, resulting in incorrect or incomplete report results.
