2949084 - Number of hours field value in employee time object for leave of absence only system

The number of hours field in the employee time object has the same value as the number of days field for a leave of absence. This occurs in instances where leave of absence only is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Time Off

1. Add a leave of absence record for any employee for 1 day:
   
   
   
   
2. Navigate to Manage Data -> Employee Time for that employee
3. The number of hours field will also have the value 1 in the object:
   
   

This is currently the standard behavior for leave of absence only systems.

If you want the number of hours to reflect the value as per the work schedule associated with the employee, then you can enable only time off in employee central settings:
