2949329 - Change Tenant Requester Details from the System.

Symptom

This KBA will help you to provide the details on the Tenant Requester details.

  • SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the tenant.
  2. Go to Service Control Center work center.
  3. Go to Systems view.
  4. Select any system and under Tenant Requester section you will see the tenant requester User Name & Email ID as shown below:

Resolution

Tenant requester details are provided in the tenant as per below steps:

  1. Go to Service Control Center work center
  2. Go to Systems view, to know who have requested the tenant and this is just for the information for the customer and not associated to any of the functionalities.

Hence Tenant Requester Name and Email ID cannot be changed.
