2949469 - Resume distributor hang when parallel_dist is set to 'on' - SRS 16

Symptom

  • The Replication server has "parallel_dist" set to 'on'.
  • Replication server encounter DIST ERROR 32061 due to invalid data or incorrect datatype mapping in replication definition.

ERROR #32061 WORKER( ) - de/generic/nrm/nrm.c(12608)
Literal 'nan.0' cannot be converted to native datatype 'float' (val_name 'col2')
delivery_seq:(SYB.db2) exit due to error while processing transaction ' '000000001c0ca2' / '000c' SYBdb2 '000000' f '00000000'', DIST is to be shutdown.

  • Try to resume the distributor with skip tran command.
  • The command hangs.
