2949478 - Executing Settlement for Assets under Construction gives error AW001

Symptom

When performing a settlement in Execute Settlement - For AuC (AIBU) gives error AW001 ("There are no line items").

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Execute Settlement - For AuC (AIBU).
  2. Make the necessary entries and choose Execute.
  3. Error is raised. 

Cause

If the asset is a legacy Asset Under Construction, please ensure that the take over values using the Transfer Open Items of AuC - For Legacy Asset (ABLDT_OI) app.
The line items must be transferred using the special transaction type for prior-year acquisitions (900 - Transfer open items APC (assets under construction) or 910 - Transfer open down payments to assets under construction).

Resolution

Reverse the take over values, and enter the take over values using the correct apps, see SAP Help guide.
