2949570 - Future Dates are Not Available for 'Close Date' Field in Donut Chart of Opportunity

Symptom

In opportunity object working list, for 'Close Date' field in Donut Chart, future dates are not available.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center > Opportunities work center view  
  2. Select All query
  3. Click on Show Donut Chat button, here in the charts you can see Close Date chart. However, there're only Older, Last year, Last 180 days, Today etc. There's no portion for future dates. 

Cause

Currently, the maximum number of segments that can be shown on the donut chart is 8.

Resolution

According to the 8 segments limitation, future dates are not mapping here.
