2949685 - Not able to complete notification: Delivered Quantity Adjusted for Purchase Order with Return to Supplier

You are not able to complete this notification. You receive error:

- User/Organization 'ABC' is not responsible for task 'Delivered Quantity Adjusted for Purchase Order...' (ABC represents your user ID)

- Save failed.

Or

- Cannot edit element ROOT: DEF. (DEF represents the root ID of this notification) Locked by other session.

- Save Failed.

- Action cancelled. Data is changed by another user simultaneously.

 OR

 If employee responsible is not determined

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Find the open task: Delivered Quantity Adjusted for Purchase Order XYZ with Return to Supplier. (XYZ represents the purchase order ID)
4. Click on Action: Complete.
5. You receive the errors.

Only the responsible employee of the purchase order can edit this notification.

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Business Task Management view.
3. You can check the responsible employee for this notification here.
4. Please note only this user has the edit right for this notification. Other users only have read right.

Please ask the responsible employee of the purchase order to complete the notification.

 If you don't see the responsible person then

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Business Task Management view.
3. select the task
4. Click on determine assignment button
5. Under"Assignment Redetermination Results"  you will see the employee responsible
6. You will see action log under General tab
7. Open the latest action log and you will see missing access rights if any
8. so assign the access rights to the user and he will then receive this task inhis inbox where he can action on it.
