2949922 - Condition/ Value Filter not saved in report

You have created a condition (C4C) / value filter (ByD) in a report and saved it to a view. When you activate it, the condition/ value filter is not applied and you can see that the activation was not saved.

• SAP Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business byDesign

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
2. Create a condition / value filter and save it.
3. Save the view with the condition / value filter.
4. Now activate it and click OK.

The key figure value does not change. When you open the list of conditions / value filters again, you see that the Active checkbox is not ticked although you have activated it.

The characteristic that you have used for the condition / value filter is not part of the report view.

The characteristic that you have used for the condition / value filter needs to be part of the report view. Please add it to the view, activate the condition / value filter and save this to the view.
