Symptom
Some error messages that state a role is required for a particular operation do not give the equivalent permission if using granular permissions. Examples:
19121 %1!: Permission denied. This operation requires mon_role
19122 %1! is not installed. Please run '%2!' script with appropriate role %3!
19201 %1!: Permission denied. This operation requires System Administrator (sa_role) role, or DBO of database '%2!'.
19202 Warning! The command %1! may fail at runtime as it requires the following role that you do not possess: %2!.
