2950361 - Campaign status is not set to Finished

You have created and executed a Sales Campaign and you expect the status of the Campaign to be set to Finished after the end date mentioned in the Campaign has passed.

Sap Business Bydesign

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
2. Select the Campaigns View.
3. Select the Campaign with description XYZ(XYZ is the Campaign which you have created and executed).
4. You can see that the end date of the Campaign has already passed.
5. You expect the Campaign status to be set to Finished automatically, however you see status is still active.

Campaign status will not change to Finished automatically, you have to change the status manually. This is system standard behavior

1. Go to the Sales Campaign work center.
2. Select the Campaigns View.
3. Select the Campaign with description XYZ
4. Click on Change Status button and then select Finished.
5. This will change the status of the Campaign to Finished.

Please Note: You can also change the Campaign back to Active by clicking the Change Status button and select Active.
