2950456 - Background element fields not visible in Candidate profile

Scenario: 

Career Site Builder is used for Internal Career Site

Candidates has only Read permission on Background elements

Issue:

Only some Background elements  fields are visible.

Both label & content of some Background elements appear missing.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This is the expected behavior when the candidate has no write permission and no data has been stored before for that field.

The system in this scenario does not show a label with an empty field, instead nothing will appear.
