2950461 - Execution of an SAP BW Process Chain fails and times out - SAP DI

Symptom

    1. SAP BW ProcessChain ID dropdown list is empty when configuring the operator
    2. Execution times out after a few seconds with an ESOCKETTIMEDOUT error
  • For use case a., core-application pod log for container dh-app-core displays something like:

Error occured during call to the BW system to retrieve all BW Processchains
Error: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT|datahub-app-core-b02c3b3412fb014b919d1a-7775b6bfbf-fw8hm|dh-base||Object.apply|Logger.js:89:24
