2950502 - Document Attachment manageable inside the instance

Document Attachment settings are now possible to manage inside the instance.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Access Admin Center;
2. Search for Company System and Logo Settings;
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see the Document Attachment settings:
   

The Document Attachment settings are now possible to be managed inside the instance on Company System and Logo Settings. The only caveat on this setting is that the system allows you to go only until 250G of Attachment Storage Allocation:

In case you need more storage allocation than that, you can reach the selected amount of 250G of storage, you can request to have it extendeed until 1000G. For that you need someone that has access to the back end of the system, can reach out to your partner, or in case you are no longer working with one, open a new incident with SAP Product Support team.

After you have the storage allocation set to more than 250G, the Attachment Storage Allocation will no longer be selectable:
