• Imminent Candidate Purge notification is sent to an invalid or non-operating candidate email address. 

• Can we have No bounce-back or non-delivery report is available within the product for these messages. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Use a candidate record with an invalid primary email address.

2. Send the Imminent Candidate Purge notification from Recruiting Management.

4. Observe that the product does not provide bounce-back notifications for undeliverable messages. 

Bounce-back notifications for undeliverable messages are not supported with the current system design.

Proactively validate candidate addresses by configuring Candidate Email Validation to ensure the primary address is valid; prerequisite: enable 2860175 - Email Verification for Career Site - Recruiting Management.
