2950684 - 'Reason for Rejection' Field is Not Editable in a Sales Order/Quote

"Reason for Rejection" field is not editable in a sales order or sales quote.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open the Sales Order ABC (ABC represents the order ID)
2. In the Header TI, there's a standard field "Reason for Rejection" which is not editable, but in some other sales orders, it's editable. 

The "Reason for Rejection" field is reflected at both header and item level, which means the order (quote) is cancelled in both header and item level. As there's no item in this document, rejection is not meaningful and it's not supported.

Once item is added in the order/quote, it can be rejected and cancelled.
