Symptom
The customer would like SAP Support to generate an Azure Secure Access Signature (SAS).
This is not a service that SAP Support provides. Providing SAS through a support ticket is insecure as it bypasses any roles/permissions which have been configured through the portal. The user with rights to open a support ticket may not have rights to see storage account contents.
Customers can control which employees can access their Hot Folders by restriciting their access to the Cloud Portal.
