The customer would like SAP Support to generate the Azure Secure Access Signature (SAS) for them to use.
This is insecure for SAP Support to generate and then provide this to the Customer in plain text.
It is also insecure if a Customer Employee raises the Case with Support, and the Customer hasn't given them access to the cloud portal.
Customers can control which employees can access their Hot Folders by restriciting their access to the Cloud Portal.
