2950937 - Service Agent Account not Created from Employee Replication Run

Symptom

You have an EC Integrated system and it is scoped to create a new Service Agent for every Internal Employee ID, however Service Agent did not get created for a Replication Run.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign System

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Supplier base workcenter
  2. Select Service Agents view
  3. Employee XYZ is not available
    (where XYZ stands for Employee Name)

Cause

1. Either, the Service Agent was not maintained in EC and therefore, it is not being pulled into ByDesign System by our Replication Request. 
2. Or the End Date of the Service Agent is before the earliest Replication Date in which case the Service Agent will not be replicated. 

Resolution

The system is working as expected in these cases.
