2951023 - Is it possible to map the Field type OperatorTeam from Recruiting to Onboarding? - Recruiting Management

Is it possible to map a field with type "operatorTeam" from Recruiting to Onboarding when initiating onboarding for a candidate?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Search for and open Onboarding Integration Setup;
3. On the field selection list from the Job requisition, try to find the field with type as operatorTeam(recruiterTeam, hiringManagerTeam, coordinatorTeam, etc...);
4. Notice that you are not able to find those fields.

This is a functionality exclusive from the Recruiting Management module, it is not implemented and supported on the Onboarding Module;

After discussing with the Product Management Team, it has been confirmed that it is not possible to map fields with the type as operatorTeam from Recruiting Management to Onboarding.

The operatorTeam functionality is something that is only implemented on the Recruiting Management side, which allows multiple users to be granted the same operator permissions. On the onboarding side, each role, or operator supports adding only a single user, which means that only one user can be added to the role.

If you would like to see this functionality on the product, we encourage you to submit an Enhancement Request on our Influence portal, which would be evaluated by our Product Management team for future implementation.
