Income Tax Declaration Portlet not visible on UI

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Income Tax Declaration

1. Configure Income Tax Declaration portlet in Configure People Profile
2. Navigate to Employee Profile
3. Income Tax Declaration portlet not visible

• Permission to view Income Tax Declaration is missing
• country-of-company  is not enabled in Job Information
• Job Information missing for employees

First ensure necessary permissions are given to the Employee role

1. Go to Role based permission > Manage Income Tax Declaration
2. Make sure permission is given to
   • Create Income Tax Declaration Actuals
   • Income Tax Declaration Proposals (All)

If permission is given to the Employee role and portlet is not visible on the UI

1. Go to Employee Profile > Employment Info
2. Verify if the Employee has Job information
3. If there is no Job information data created for Employee, then Income Tax Declaration portlet will not be visible.
4. Create Job Information for Employee

If Job information record is available for Employee and portlet is still missing

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration > JobInfo
2. Enable country-of-company field. Tax declaration is associated with country and if this field is missing or disabled, portlet will not be visible on UI
