2951062 - The "note" edit in app "Release Billing Proposal" is not transferred to the generated DMR

When creating Debit Memo Request (DMR), the 'note' edit in app "Release Billing Proposal" cannot be transferred to the generated DMR.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to app 'Release Billing Proposal'.
2. Select the billing items for contract type "Time and Expense" (T&E) or "Usage Based" related. 
3. Edit field 'note' in the details screen. 
4. Click 'release' button to create DMR.
5. The content of field 'note' cannot be displayed in the DMR.

For T&E and Usage Based contract types,  the generated DMR is an aggregation and hence the text(note) will not be displayed.

In the DMR, it is impossible to display the notes edit in 'release billing proposal'.

For T&E, when outputting the billing document in app 'Manage Billing Documents', the itemized list is available in the invoice printout template.
This can be used to display the individual postings for an invoice. The 'note' can be added as part of this where user will be able to see the note for individual postings.
E.g. the template 'SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV_DE' can be used.

For usage based billing items, the standard template 'SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV_DE' cannot be used. 
A custom form with custom field/logic is needed to show the note for usage based billing items.
Regarding the Extensibility for Billing Document Printout, you may refer to note 2679030 and the Sales on-line help.

In the Extensibility, the DMR can be retrieved from I_BILLINGDOCUMENTITEM-REFERENCESDDOCUMENT.
The dynamic item IDs can be retrieved from I_RRBDYNAMICITEMFLOW-RRBDYNAMICITEM.
And all of the related notes can be retrieved from I_RRBDYNAMICITEMLONGTEXT-RRBDYNAMICITEMLONGTEXT.
