2951328 - RSOE2 connects but clients can't sync - SAP Relay Server

Symptom

  • Relay Server clients time out without connecting.
  • Admin status page shows "Overall availability: None".
  • Relay Server Outbound Enabler (RSOE2) logs show successful connections.
  • At verbosity 3 or higher, the RSOE2 logs show junctions continuously being added, even when no connections exist.
  • Relay Server logs show:

Checking 1 farms.
Checking 1 servers.
Checking 0 junctions
Patrolling...
