How to add or edit field permissions in the Job Requisition template via Manage Templates?

IMPORTANT: It is very important to keep in mind this tool is extremely powerful. Modifications made to templates can have a direct impact on candidate experience, integrations, custom integrations, etc. Change should only be made by a qualified individual that is familiar with the configuration. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Prerequisite: Permission for "Manage Templates" as per KBA 2365214 - Using the Manage Templates Tool in SuccessFactors Recruiting.

1. Go to Admin Centre → Manage Templates
2. Under Recruiting Management, select Job Requisition
3. Select the template you want to modify
4. After opening the template, select Field Permissions
   
5. Now you need to either edit an existing permission or create a new one:
   1. To create a new one, you can find the "Add field permission" button by the top and bottom of the page.
      
   2. To edit an existing one, you need to add the desired fields, stages and roles.
      
6. Save the changes and publish the new template version.
