Symptom

  • Error 14622 is reported in the ASE errorlog:

Error 14622, severity 20, state 1:|
The dbinfo anchor in the database 'database 'tdb1' (4)' is already locked by the task. Nested access to dbinfo anchor is not allowed. This is an internal error. Please contact SAP Technical Support.

  • A stack trace for the failed process (spid) includes the following functions:

dbinfo__lock
dbinfoget
ckpt_chores
checkpoint
