2951470 - Standardization Mapping for some fields not working in Resume Parsing - Recruiting Management

You have configured Standardization Mapping for Candidate Standardization to use Resume Parsing, however, some information is not populated to the field mapped. For example, Supervisor Name, Supervisor Phone, Salary and Reason for Leaving. 

The information is combined and populated into the Job Description field.

3. Although you have configured the mapping for each field, the information is not populated to the field mapped. It is combined and populated into the Job Description field.

SuccessFactors uses TextKernel Library to parse resume. We have communicated with TextKernel team who parse the resume and provide the information to SuccessFactors product.

They are grouping all the not supported fields into a single field.

As the fields such as Supervisor Name, Supervisor Phone, Salary, Reason for Leaving are not supported, all of these get combined by TextKernel Library and sent to SuccessFactors, and RCM module keeping the response in Job Description. As per the current implementation, this is the expected behavior.
