2951471 - IC Email Editor does not have the 'Save To Local File' option in the editor toolbar

Symptom

  • When creating a new email, or accessing an existing email in the Interaction Center, the button 'Save to Local File' is not available in the toolbar of the RTE / TinyMCE mail editor below:

  • The button is available when the Editor is used in other functionality in the Web UI.
