2951658 - Variant 6 of Bill of Material BOM1 is not Displayed

Variant 6 of Bill of Material BOM1 is created (where BOM1 is the Bill of Material ID ).
However in the Input Products tab of BOM1 variant 6 is not displayed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Planning and Production Master Data workcenter and Production Bills Of Material view.
2. Find Bill of Matrerial ID BOM1 and select.
3. View All and go to Input Products tab, Variants from 1 to 5 are displayed but 6 is not displayed.

As per the system design only first 5 variants are displayed for Bill of Material.
Example if there are 8 variants in BOM1 only variants 1-5 will be displayed.
If variants 4 and 5 are deleted then variants 6 & 7 will be displayed in BOM1.

Only first 5 variants are allowed in the Bill of Material.
