2951788 - Warning: The entered date of birth does not match the date of birth encoded in the National ID of type "Name of National ID" for country/region "Country"".

A customer has reported an issue when updating the date of birth field under biographical information, gives them an warning message

"Warning: The entered date of birth does not match the date of birth encoded in the National ID of type "Social Security Number" for country/region "Austria"

The error comes up even if the switch Enable National ID Validations is turned off in Company Logo and System Settings.

Note: This issue is not exclusive for country Austria, this can also happen to some other country such as China, Denmark...etc.
