2951799 - How To Export Security Policy and Business User Details

Symptom

 You want to export a list of Information of Security Policy and Business User related.

Environment

  • SAP Business ByDesign 

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Analytics Work Center.
  2. Go to the Design Reports View.
  3. Search for the User Logon Details Report.
  4. Let the default selection be there and click the "click here to start the report".
  5. After the results are fetched, click the View tab and then the plus symbol on the Row Fields and add the Row "Security Policy".
  6. The above step should now have fetched all the data related to the users and their security policy and then these details can either be printed or shared.
