Symptom

 Key-Figure Workable in a Report based on HCMTLMU01 Data Source shows zero value when it should be based on Time Model.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics Work Center.
  2. Go to Design Reports View.
  3. Search for the affected report.
  4. Selection: Employee Utilization and change the date to show "next month".
  5. Will see Workable resulting into zero value.

Cause

Report does not display planned times for future dates.

Resolution

  • Planned times for an employee are calculated by the system based on the period closure up to today's date.
  • As a result, the report does not display planned times for future dates. 

In this way, system behaves as expected.
