2951857 - Cost Rate determination sequence for timesheet entry

When posting timesheet on WBS Element, it's not clear how the cost rate was determined.

Potentially, there is known cause for wrong cost rate determination:

If you want to determine the cost rate basing on Service Cost Level, however if the service cost level is not in valid period, the system can't consider the same.
You can check from app Employee by input the relevant employee ID. In the Controlling Information area, you can verify the validity of the Service Cost Level for the employee.
