2951907 - Recruiting Team Preferences Not Working When Raising a Job Requisition Via Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

When creating a Job Requisition via Position Org Chart, the Recruiting Team Preferences will not appear by default and the user needs to use the Restore Admin Defaults button.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Apply the preferred settings in Recruiting Team Settings
2. Go to Position Org Chart and create a Job Requisition from a Position
3. Open the Job Requisition
4. Notice the default settings are not applied

This will occur if the customer is using SFAPI for the Position Integration. SFAPI does not support Recruiting Team Preferences.

Recruiting Team Preferences is not available when using SFAPI for the Position Integration. You can confirm if the system is using SFAPI by checking in Provisioning if the switch "Enable Recruiting Integration with Position Management" is enabled and the SFAPI credentials are in place.

If the customer wants to have this working on their system, they need to reach out for the Partner/Implementation Team and migrate the integration to OData API.

Note: Position Integration based on SFAPI will be deprecated soon and all customer will be migrated to OData API.
