2952162 - Download Routing Rules in Offline Mode

Not possible to select the routing rules (and the corresponding activity plans) for Offline settings.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator > General Settings.

2. Open Offline Settings.

3) Navigate to the tab Data Download Rules.

4. In the Download Rules table click on 'Add'.

5. In the field "Workcenter View" try and add the Routing Rules.

The Routing rules are not available.

Data download feature is based on the authorization granted to the business user. However, for some queries, like price master data or activity routing rules, this authorization cannot be maintained in the business roles as a corresponding work center view does not exist. So, if you use these queries in Offline Settings, the corresponding authorization is automatically assigned to the user.

Please enable the option 'Enable Queries with Granted Authorization' under Administrator > General Settings > Offline Settings.

Once this checkbox is enabled, you can view and use these authorization relevant queries.
