How to create and share dashboard in SAP Business By Design

Steps to create personal dashboard (applicable for both key user and end user):

1. Login in system.
2. Go to Insights work center.
3. Go to manage dashboards.
4. Click New, give necessary details and add the desired objects (objects will be listed as per authorization).
5. save it.

NOTE: 

• You can pin/unpin as per requirement.
• You can't share personal dashboard with other users.

Steps to create corporate dashboard (applicable for key user):

1. Login in system as key user.
2. Go to Insights work center.
3. Go to manage dashboards.
4. Enter adapt mode.
5. Click New, give necessary details and add the desired objects (objects will be listed as per authorization).
6. Publish, save it and stop adapt mode.
7. Go to Application and User Management work center.
8. Go to Business roles and edit the desired business role (business role which is associated with end users with whom dashboard has to be shared).
9. Go to dashboards tab and click Add Row.
10. Add desired dashboard and save it.

NOTE:

• End user should have access to Insights work center to see the dashboards.
• End user must be associated with business role to see the shared dashboard.
• End user can see the shared dashboard in Insights -> Manage dashboards.
• End user must have access to the report to see the content of dashboard.
