2952257 - Private and Personal Appointments Synchronizing from Outlook Server Side to C4C Calendar

You have unchecked the settings to sync personal appointments or appointments not associated with contacts, however this still being happening.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

The "Include private meetings or appointments" setting works only for Outlook appointments market with "Private" flag. If the appointment does not have this private flag it will be synched as per the general sync settings.

If you would like to avoid synching this such appointments the private tag should be included at Outlook:

1. Create or open the appointment or meeting that you want to make private.
2. On the Meeting or Appointment tab, click Private.
3. Make appointment private.
4. Save or send your meeting or appointment as usual.
