Symptom

  •  ASE errorlog reports an "infected with signal 11" error in the module yyparse() together with a stack trace:

Current process (0x75003b) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0x0000000001c0ac84 (yyparse+0x1bdd4), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x(nil))

  • The stack trace includes functions:

yyparse 
sqlpars
internal_sql
curs_convert_to_exec
curs_declare
sequencer
tdsrecv_declare
