2952326 - Contact Name Formatting Not Working as Expected

When in Customers Workcenter, Contacts view, the contacts OWL name formatting is shown like Last Name, First name.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view. 
3. Search for General Business Partner activity.
4. Go to Name Formats > Maintain Name Formats.
5. Here, you can see that the name formatting for your country/region is First Name Last name.

Now, you want to search for a contact.

1. Go to Customers Workcenter, Contacts view. 
2. See that in Contacts OWL the name formatting is Last Name, First Name, even if you have maintained different in your Business Configuration. 

This is the expected system behavior.

In Contacts view the system shows the 'SortingFormattedName'. This field allows sorting.

This name is not dependent from Name Formatting and thus fixed as you observed LastName, FirstName.
