2953120 - Error appears when trying to remove the Serial Number while performing Adjustment Confirmation for Warehouse Order

Try to remove the Serial Number XXX while performing Adjustment Confirmation for a Warehouse Order. Error appears:

Action failed
-----> Serial number  XXX cannot be deleted; this is not the last active document

 *XXX refers to Serial Number ID

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to  Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to Monitoring: By Warehouse Order.
3. Search for the desired warehouse order ID.
4. Select Edit and Select Adjustment Confirmation.
5. Select Enable Entry.
6. Remove the Serial Number.
7. Select Save.

You will receive the error:
-----> Serial number XXX cannot be deleted; this is not the last active document

The serial number XXX for product is marked restricted in the serial inventory.

Kindly clear the restricted flag via <Change of Stock> process and then try to perform adjustment. In order to perform <Change of Stock>, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Internal Logistics Work Center.
2. In Common tasks, Select Change of Stock.
3. Select Product with Serial Number XXX.
4. Remove the Restricted Flag.
