How do I generate a change audit report on recruiting external candidate data?

1. Navigate to "Change Audit Reports" in admin center. Select the Create Personal Data Report tab and the option External Candidate Search.
   
   
   
   
2. From here you are given the option to enter a candidates name and choose the module "Recruiting". You also have the option to choose from seven functional areas to pull the candidate data.
   
   
   
   (Although these option are present in the Change Audit Log, we do not create data for APPLICATION HISTORY and CANDIDATE HISTORY functional areas, and hence we do not see data under these. We are currently actioning to have them removed from Change Audit Log Reports.)

          3. You will be able to see the report id, name and also download the report in the "Access Reports" tab.

         4. Alternatively, the report will be sent to the email of the user who initiate the report with a link to download.
