Symptom
- Viewing Lumira Designer documents based on a universe connecting to Sybase via the BI Launchpad results in the error: "Problems while accessing data"
- Lumira Server logs show the following:
LumiraServer|ct_connect(): directory service layer: internal directory control layer error: Requested server name not found.
