2953167 - Application Error when trying to route a requisition or offer for approval

Symptom

A user is getting the below error when trying to send a requisition to the next approver:

Wrapped Exception: FormRoutingException caught: Exception caught: No recipient found in the document routing.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

The next approver in the route map does not have the 'User Login' permission

Resolution

  1. Go to 'Manage Role Based Permissions'
  2. Click on the relevant role and search for 'General User Permissions'
  3. Grant the role the 'User Login' permission
