2953176 - Error When Logging into Internal Career Site powered by CSB - Recruiting

As an employee when I try to authenticate by clicking on the Employee Login link in RMK I receive an error.

Identity Provider could not process the authentication request received. Delete your browser cache and stored cookies, and restart your browser. If you still experience issues after doing this, please contact your administrator.

1. Go to RMK site using an alternative domain (main domain: jobs.example.com  alternative:careers.example.com)
2. Click on Employee Login link to authenticate as an employee;
3. You will receive an error from IAS (Identity Authentication Service)

Alternative domains were not specified in the IAS application.

Alternative domains are not supported by default when you configure the Internal Career Site Powered by CSB following the steps from the implementation guide. In order to support alternative domains you need to edit the RMK/CSB application in IAS as follow:

1. Go to IAS Adminstration Console;
2. Application & Resources
3. Click on the RMK/CSB application > SAML 2.0
4. Add a new URL under Assertion Consumer Service Endpoint by click on the +Add URL
5. Copy the existent URL and replace the domain by your alternative domain (e.g. main domain: jobs.example.com  alternative:careers.example.com) for the new one
6. Add a new URL under Single Logout Endpoint by click on the +Add URL
7. Copy the existent URL and replace the domain by your alternative domain (e.g. main domain: jobs.example.com  alternative:careers.example.com) for the new one

You should repeat the steps 4-7 for every alternative domain that you have for your RMK site.
