2953205 - VAT Return refused by Italian government

You send the Quarterly VAT Return for Italy to the government but it is refused with the message:

'(***) Dati del Frontespizio: Codice fiscale dichiarante - Dato assente'

The error message is from the Italian Government.

It is possible that the issue is because the Declarant entity is not the same as the Company (Obliged Entity). SAP does not cover this scenario, as this is a minor business scenario. SAP solution works only under the assumption that Declarant entity is the same as the Company.

If Declarant entity is different from the Company, you must complete the file manually.
