Symptom
The following behaviour occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):
- A package is succesfully shared from the source tenant to the target tenant
- The shared package cannot be found on the receiving (target) tenant
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.08.15
Reproducing the Issue
1. Logon to source tenant
2. Navigate to: Menu -> Browse -> Content Network
3. Export a New Package
4. Share with "System"
5. Choose "Landscape"
6. Click an "Add" and "OK"
7. Message: Successfully added
8. Logon to target tenant
9. Navigate to: Menu -> Browse -> Content Network -> My Content
10. Under Settings, toggle the setting "Show content shared by all systems", to 'ON'
11. Notice no content is shown
Cause
When "Show content shared by all systems" is ON, the "Add systems to allow content sharing" still has to be a correct tenant URL
Resolution
Ensure under "System" the URL of the tenant is correct.
