2953259 - Changed the Data Capture Form Code, but in the Candidate Search it's still displaying the old one - Recruiting

Changed the Data Capture Form Code of an existing Data Capture Form (which candidates have submitted to), but in the Candidate Search it's still displaying the old one and not the new one.

• Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)

This is a system expected behavior.

This is a system designed behavior. That happens because the candidates that filled the data capture form, have filled it when it was the old code. Once the Data Capture Form Code was updated, the different code is seen by the system as a different code, so it would show in the search results separately, that is, as a new code, it wouldn't update the old one.

In addition, the new code will only be displayed once candidates submit to the new Data Capture Form, as explained in this KBA: 2802881 - CRM - Search for Candidates Who Completed the Data Capture Form - Recruiting.

As of now there isn't a way to update the Data Capture Form Code associated to the candidates that have completed it.
