2953274 - Development Objective Portlet not appearing on Inactive Users

When browsing an Inactive User's People Profile, Development Objective Template does not load.

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Login or proxy to an Inactive Employee or search this employee in People Profile
2. Scroll and find the Development Objective Portlet, background element id "sysScoreCardDevelopmentObjectivesPortlet"
3. See that the portlet totally do not appear compared to an active user or other portlets appear other than the Development Objectives.
4. You can also isolate the issue by activating the user to see if the permission is not the problem here.

Limitations in portlets that uses XML for its permission structure

Due to the special nature and data logic of Development Objectives Portlet and other portlets that uses XML for permission structure, it is intended not to display for Inactive Users.

Alternative suggestion/workaround: Pulling the data via Adhoc report or viewing the data directly from the Development plan.
