2953292 - Candidate accepted an Online Offer in disqualified status - Recruiting Management

A candidate in a disqualified status accepted an Online Offer (that was previously extended but never cancelled) on a closed Job Requisition.
Disqualified candidates can accept Online Offers despite the Job Requisition being still open or already closed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

1. Generate an Online Offer for a Candidate on an open Job Requisition and send it to the Candidate
2. Move the Candidate to a disqualified status
3. The Candidate is still able to access the Online Offer and accepts the Offer
4. The Offer Letter portlet on the candidate application shows that the Candidate accepted the offer.

or

1. Generate an Online Offer for a Candidate on an open Job Requisition and send it to the Candidate
2. Move the Candidate to a disqualified status
3. Close the Job Requisition
4. The Candidate is still able to access the Online Offer and accepts the Offer
5. The Offer Letter portlet on the candidate application shows that the Candidate accepted the offer.

There is no system validation when accepting an Online Offer to validate whether a Candidate is in a disqualified status and the Job Requisition is still open or already closed.
