While launching UI5 app from Fiori Launchpad, annotation.xml and style.css file cannot be loaded.
E.g. In the http trace you can see the following request returns error 404 NOT FOUND.
/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/resources/.../<APP ID>/annotation/annotation.xml
However, if you run the app independently (without fiori launchpad), there is no issue.
