2953415 - My inbox expert mode filter issue

Symptom

User found in Fiori My Inbox with expert mode,there are some issues after filtering ‘Due by’ or ‘Created with’ multiple times.

1. The result display are different after each time user filtered even with the same date.
2. Check the date in ‘Due with’ or ‘Created with’ on Filter Bar and Filter Popup, the date is different.
